Rookies at The Road tells the story of three rookie racers chasing a dream born many years ago, when they watched their own
stock-car heroes race at Thunder Road.
As these young drivers compete for Rookie of the Year honors, the story of Thunder Road unfolds, from its birth in the
early 1960s and its place in racing history to the drivers, crews, and fans that make The Road "the best little short
track in the Northeast."
